Web Site Basics

This workshop is intended to be a overview of how web sites work.
We will discuss web browsers, web servers, server side scripting,
browser side scripting, static and dynamic web pages, html, PHP,
ASP, mysql, etc.  

We will also discuss how to build a "web site" on your home pc or
laptop (linux only). This "web site" will NOT be connected
to the internet.

Finally, for those who do not want to build a personal web site, 
there will be demonstrations of a hosted web site.
